On the meeting of the Ambassador of Belarus to Italy A.Guryanov in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade Promotion of Malta
16.02.2018 г.On the 16th of February, 2018 we commemorate the 25 th anniversary of signing the interstate Agreement on the establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Malta .
On this occasion the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Italy Mr.Aleksandr Guryanov has visited the city of Valletta. During the meetings with senior representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade Promotion of Malta were discussed current issues and priorities of development of the Belarus-Maltese cooperation.
The Ambassador has handed over the official message of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Mr.Vladimir Makei addressed to the head of the Maltese Foreign Office Mr.Carmelo Abela on the occasion of the 25-th anniversary of establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations.
Furthermore, the consultations on the level of Director General Political of the MFaTP of Malta Ms.Maria Calleja were held to discuss the short-term and mid-term bilateral agenda, Belarus-EU dialogue and cooperation within the OSCE and other international organizations.
